'Missing' NHS.net email imports or Electronic Letters

TPP have added a new selection box to your Acquired Documents scanning screen which by default, will not show any batches that have not been allocated to a user. Depending on your settings, this could affect your NHS.net email and Electronic Document imports. 

To view your Unallocated batches:- 

1. Click Workflow > Document Management > Acquired Documents. 

2. Tick the 'Show unallocated batches' selection box.
